Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Our products are primarily made by hand and as such will show minor imperfections and variations. We do not consider these variations to be defects as such we will not accept returns based on fit, finish, color, weight, balance, or any other anomalous physical characteristics common to production.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they were given as a gift and the recipient would like a different color. Returned products must be in the same condition in which we sent them to you. They must be in unopened packaging and complete with all accessories. If you need to exchange it for the same item but different color, contact us through our contact web form and send your item using the instructions below.
To return your product: You must contact us to obtain a RMA# prior to returning a product. You should mail your product to: Jardin de Zenaida, Unit B1 #34 Sgt. Esguerra Ave. Quezon City Metro Manila Philippines 1103. Be sure to print the RMA# on the package and put a copy inside the package to avoid confusion.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and the shipping back to you of the exchanged product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over P1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
